At Tay Ridge, neighbourhood is a place where people know their neighbours, have opportunities to help shape the environment they live in and have a sense of connection to their community.
Residents are invited to participate in creating the culture, experiences, and intentional shared spaces that bring the neighbourhood to life.
Participation is always optional and flexible. Some residents may simply enjoy the lifestyle and amenities, while others may choose to become more involved in community life.

Community stewardship recognizes the strengths and smarts of all residents by bringing together diverse perspectives to build a legacy.
Early residents are invited to contributing ideas and perspectives that help guide and grow Tay Ridge… From small neighbourly gestures to organized efforts, everyone has a place.
Design & Co-create
As an early resident of Tay Ridge, you will have many opportunities to meet the team and connect with your future neighbours through workshops, community gatherings, and casual conversations.
You will be able to participate in an open dialogue with the people breaking ground – the planners, designers, engineers, and architects – bringing Tay Ridge to life.
Your ideas, experiences, and feedback to help guide our community initiatives and improvements, including amenities and shared spaces, events, recreation, and future ideas that enhance neighbourhood life.

Through co-creation sessions, community events, and workshops, you can take part in shaping the vision, spaces, and experiences defining neighbourhood from the ground up. As a resident, you can choose to take on volunteer roles that support smooth operations, represent their neighbours, and engage with everyday community life.
